Carolyn Brodie

It is with great sadness and regret that I have to inform you of the passing of Carolyn Brodie.

Carolyn was our membership secretary and the daughter of our founding member, Major Tony Hibbert. Many of you have known her for many more years than I have and I’m sure you will be as equally shocked and saddened as I and her fellow Trustees are.

Carolyn had been unwell for some time but only recently took part in a Trustees meeting on Zoom from her hospital bed. She was quite chipper, so it has come as a great shock that she has passed away so suddenly.

Carolyn and I took on our roles in partnership at the same time as Membership Secretary and Honorary Secretary and we have worked well together, and had a lot of fun, since.

Our thoughts and condolences are with her family. May she Rest In Peace.
