Herman Rolleman
It Herman was the subject of newslflash 02/24 ealier this year when I brought to your attention his YouTube channel, The Pegasus Channel.
Herman spent many years recording and publishing films about particularly the role of the Dutch Resistance. He never wanted people to forget their bravery and sacrifice and would always mention Herman van de Kaa whenever the opportunity arose.
I met with Herman and Hiltje van Eck in December last year and we were working on a project to record more items relating to Arnhem, the formation of the Arnhem Fellowship and the story of the Pegasus 1 escape reunions. Sadly those projects are now unlikely to come to fruition.
