Arnhem Commemoration 2017

I hope those members who attended the weekend had a good time. Whilst the actual number of veterans attending was less than 2016 and to me it seemed the general number of people attending the events was down in numbers, this did not apply to the Fellowship.A large number attended the AGM on the Friday and around 70 came on the walk in the  afternoon. The area on Ginkel was again packed and we were pleased to once again host the Arnhem veterans in the area. The tent at the cemetery on the Sunday did roaring business -I understand around 200 teas and 200 litres of coffee were served.A big thanks again to all those who volunteered to help at the various functions.A number of pictures from the weekend appear below and these are courtesy of Bob Gerritsen, Willie Stark and Marcel Anke
